How to Use:

1. Write your goals down the numbered list on the left-hand side.

3. Once you complete a goal, place a star sticker beside it to celebrate your progress.
4. If you need more space, use the back of the sheet for extra notes - but these charts are designed to keep your plans simple and prevent overwhelming lists.
